The company is looking to appoint a Sales / Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand its presence. This is a key role that will focus on building new business relationships, developing strategic sales plans, and unlocking new market opportunities within the HCR Silicone space. The Role Lead business development activities with a focus on new client acquisition. Build and execute a strategic sales plan to expand customer base and product ranges. Partner with technical colleagues to tailor solutions for clients. Forge long-term, customer-centric relationships. Identify market trends, emerging opportunities, and competitive threats. Report directly to senior management and present regular updates on sales performance. The Person Proven experience in HCR Silicone, Rubber, Polymer, or related markets is essential. A strong technical understanding of silicone compounds and their applications. Commercial acumen with a track record in business development or technical sales. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ideally UK-based, though exceptional candidates in Europe will also be considered.
