Proven experience in designing and executing effective research plans that meet project objectives. Excellent presentation skills, capable of delivering actionable insights and clear recommendations tailored to various audience interests and knowledge levels. Ability to collaborate effectively within multi-disciplinary teams, engaging with stakeholders from diverse departments, disciplines, and backgrounds. Experience in the government sector is preferred, along with active SC clearance. Responsibilities: Assess project needs to determine research requirements and select the most effective research methods. Create, document, and present research plans that define study objectives and methodologies. Conduct user research activities, including preparing discussion guides, developing data collection tools, and facilitating user sessions. Build strong connections with users through in-depth interviews, workshop facilitation, and ethnographic research techniques. Evaluate research findings, including quantitative data, to generate meaningful insights and practical recommendations. Integrate research findings using appropriate tools and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to translate insights into user stories. Develop visual aids like diagrams, journey maps, storyboards, or information designs to convey the complete service and customer experience. Present actionable insights to stakeholders through clear, impactful presentations that promote strategic insights and service enhancements.
