Set Days Required: Monday and Friday (with potential overtime on Wednesday)
Salary: Grade 4 SCP 6-11 (£25,989- £28,142) Pro Rata

Overview
We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity to become part of our vibrant and friendly Integrated Children’s Centre. The Head of Centre and Finance Officer are looking to appoint a warm, well-organised, and adaptable Admin Assistant / Receptionist who has great people skills.
Our Centre is a lively hub for our local community, where strong relationships with children, families, and carers are at the core of everything we do.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a busy environment and is eager to support the Head of Centre and senior management team with essential administrative tasks.
Ideally, you’ll bring:
 * Confidence using ICT programmes and packages
 * A good standard of literacy and numeracy
 * Strong word processing and organisational skills
 * The ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
 * Excellent interpersonal skills
