An active, imaginative, and trustworthy nanny is required to support a wonderful family in a close-knit, supportive village on the edge of the Cotswolds.

The nanny will care for a happy, engaging and emotionally intelligent little girl four days a week. She is eager to learn, loves to be involved in activities, and thrives on developmental play.
The family seeks a nanny who will advocate for their daughter by continuing their child-focused weekly schedule. The ideal candidate will be a positive role model, encouraging confidence, social engagement, and kindness.
Throughout the week, the nanny will attend daily classes and activities, including music, playgroups, playdates, swimming and ballet. Additional duties include leading the child’s laundry and wardrobe management, preparing nutritious, organic, whole-food meals and snacks, and maintaining clean and tidy child areas, including toys, prams, changing mats, car seats and playmats.
The little girl loves visiting the family stables, collecting eggs from the chickens, and spending time outdoors including going for walks in the buggy.
The successful nanny will have expert knowledge of supporting children’s emotional, social, and physical development in line with their age and stage.
Location of the job: Broadway, Worcestershire
Minimum experience, training and qualifications needed for this job:
– Level 4 equivalent and above.
– Ofsted Registered or willing to obtain
Hours of work: 8am – 7pm
Days required: 4 days a week (flexible on which)
Pets in the home: 1 small elderly dog, 1 cat and chickens
Benefits: The family employ a cleaner once a week
