Role Overview
This varied role involves providing administrative support to the Director of Sales and the Groups & Events Manager. Responsibilities include maintaining client and booking records, preparing contracts, managing deposits, supporting the contracting process, handling administrative tasks such as filing, updating databases, tracking payments, and assisting with billing reconciliation.
You will also collaborate with the Sales & Marketing team on hotel tours, client communications, and event coordination to ensure a seamless experience for clients and stakeholders.
This is a full-time role (40 hours/week), with standard office hours and occasional evening or weekend work with prior notice.

The ideal candidate will have experience in hospitality, be well-organized, capable of multitasking, and maintain a positive attitude.
