We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team and provide essential support with finance-related tasks in a supported living setting. This post will be based in Gransha Park and is a full-time position paying £12.31 per hour. Minimum 1 month temporary position but highly likely to be extended. The hours of work are Monday to Friday 9AM-5PM Key Responsibilities: Processing petty cash transactions Lifting and cashing cheques Managing residents monies Handling ordering processes and maintaining records Using traditional, paper-based ledger systems for finance work About the Role: The finance processes are traditional and handwritten, so we need someone comfortable with manual record-keeping rather than modern online finance systems. Youll be based in an office located within a home for adults with severe learning disabilities, so sensitivity, professionalism, and respect are essential.
