Due to continuous growth and a very full pipeline of events as well as a broad portfolio of outdoor events across a multi purpose site, we are now supporting this fab company with the hire of a Concessions Manager.
The Role
This role will oversee any bars or concessions for events taking place across the space. From managing the contract with the vendors, through to ensuring smooth delivery on that account this will be a service led role to ensure each concession and partner is working within the specified requirements. From planning the layout on-site, to ensuring profits are maximised and each vendor / partner is keeping to brand and operational guidelines this is a busy role and will require a commercial approach.
