Responsibilities
* Provide technical leadership for urban drainage modelling projects.
* Develop and deliver innovative technical solutions for stormwater overflows, water quality management, developer assessments, flood investigations, and more.
* Collaborate with specialist teams to develop new tools and procedures within wastewater modelling, enhancing our expert solutions.
* Plan and coordinate project delivery, including cost estimation.
* Line manage and mentor junior team members, supervising their technical outputs.
Qualifications
* Degree qualified (or equivalent) in Civil Engineering, or other relevant subject.
* Member of an industry relevant institution (e.g., ICE, CIWEM).
* Previous experience leading projects in an urban drainage environment.
* Demonstrated technical experience covering a wide range of urban drainage modelling activities, including a full working knowledge of InfoWorks ICM.
* Experience in management and development of staff, with ability to integrate well into a team and provide technical leadership to other modelling staff as a leader in an urban drainage environment.
* Ability to embody the company's values and ethos of client focus and service excellence.
