Sellick Partnership is currently working with an exciting Legal 500 ranked firm, based in Leeds, who is looking for a Corporate Solicitor to join their team.
Responsibilities
* Taking ownership of transactions and working alongside a Partner on more complex deals.
* Advising on a variety of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and corporate restructuring.
* Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
* Managing client relationships and delivering exceptional client service
Qualifications
* 3+ years PQE
* Evidence of understanding what is needed to help grow and develop a corporate practice
* A proactive and client-focused approach
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Confident using legal research tools, document management systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.
