Primary Teaching Assistant | The Role
Provide in-class support to pupils, helping to raise attainment in core subjects (English, Maths, Phonics).
Work with pupils on a one-to-one and small group basis to build confidence and understanding.
Support pupils with SEN and/or additional learning needs where required.
Assist the class teacher with planning, preparation and classroom management.
Contribute to creating a positive, safe and stimulating learning environment.
Primary Teaching Assistant | About You
A Graduate (or experienced Teaching Assistant) with a passion for education and working with children.
Strong communication skills, able to engage and motivate primary-aged pupils.
Patient, nurturing and resilient with the ability to build positive relationships.
Interested in pursuing a future career in teaching, education or child development.
Previous child-related experience (voluntary or paid) is desirable.
