We are looking for a passionate educator ready to be a Room Lead to guide a space where children thrive and teams grow.
In this role, you will:
* Deliver inspiring care and education to our children
* Lead with the day-to-day running and ensure continuity of provision
* Be a role model for children and colleagues alike
* Help create a joyful, supportive team environment
* Communicate professionally with families, teams, and external partners
* Ensure a positive, high-standard environment for all
* Stay organised and meet deadlines with ease
* Champion best practice and uphold nursery policies
* Complete key admin tasks
* Speak up—celebrate great practice or raise concerns when needed
