We're seeking a Senior FP&A Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping financial strategy and supporting the company's growth journey. This position is more than traditional FP&A-it's about acting as a strategic partner to senior leadership, providing insight-led analysis that underpins key decisions. You'll also have the opportunity to build and scale the FP&A function in line with ambitious expansion plans.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the annual budgeting process, quarterly reforecasts, and monthly performance reviews, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
* Design and maintain financial models to forecast revenue, costs, and capital requirements.
* Partner with stakeholders across the business to deliver insights that drive efficiency, performance, and informed decision-making.
* Produce accurate and timely KPI reporting and variance analysis, identifying key trends and drivers.
* Present monthly and quarterly financial reports to senior leadership and the board.
* Introduce process improvements to strengthen FP&A accuracy and impact.
* Leverage financial systems and tools to automate reporting and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
* Professionally qualified (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
* Strong track record in a senior FP&A role, with proven business partnering expertise.
* Experience working in a multi-site or complex business environment.
* Advanced financial modelling and analytical skills (Excel expertise essential).
* Proficient in ERP systems, planning tools, and data visualisation platforms.
* Results-driven, with a continuous improvement mindset and a focus on adding value.
