Immediate Vacancy: 1-1 Teaching Assistant (KS1) - Full Time - St. Helen's

Your Key Responsibilities Will Include:
* Providing individualised support to a specific pupil within KS1.
* Assisting with classroom activities, sensory play, and developmental tasks in line with the National Curriculum
* Supporting the pupil's personal, social, and emotional development
* Monitoring and recording the pupil's progress, behaviour, and engagement
* Working collaboratively with the class teacher, SENCO, and external agencies to implement individual education plans (IEPs)
* Encouraging positive behaviour and helping to build the pupil's confidence and independence
* Assisting with personal care, where required
What We're Looking For:
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply for one)
* Recent childcare or school-based experience within the last 2 years
* Ability to provide two references confirming your experience with children
* A nurturing, patient, and proactive approach to supporting children's learning
* Experience working 1-1 with children with additional needs is desirable but not essential
