About the Role:
* Support and coordinate all food and beverage bookings, ensuring all event administration is completed accurately for a seamless handover to the Operations team.
* Proficient in using ordering and invoicing systems, ensuring compliance.
* Act as a primary contact for key stakeholders and business partners, providing accurate information and support for customer food and beverage requests.
* Manage the client online booking tool and client accounts in coordination with the operations team.
* Acquire comprehensive knowledge of all products to advise colleagues and customers effectively.
