Job Title: Onboarding Project Manager
Location: Remote - UK
Remuneration: £36.54 per hour
Contract Details: Temporary, until 30th June 2026
Responsibilities:
* Lead the design and management of a scalable onboarding program for the Global Solution Architect (GSA) organisation.
* Establish onboarding milestones and checklists to ensure new hires are equipped for success.
* Coordinate with leaders and mentors to align expectations and facilitate onboarding rhythms.
* Monitor onboarding progress for multiple new hires, identifying risks early and driving closure on gaps.
* Utilise tools to streamline communication, automate tracking, and surface actionable insights.
* Collaborate across the AI Business Solutions Customer Success Team to enhance operational outcomes.
* Produce regular reports on onboarding health, risks, and completion of milestones (30/60/90 days).
* Continuously improve onboarding processes and content based on feedback and data.
Ideal Candidate Background:
* Program or project management with a focus on onboarding and operational excellence.
* Proven experience coordinating with leaders, operations, and mentors to track dependencies and manage risks.
* Proficiency in Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, Teams, SharePoint, Planner) and business analysis skills for process improvement.
