We're seeking a diligent Control Office Operative to join our team in Waltham Cross. Your mission? Ensure smooth and efficient product flow across our warehouse using the Lawson M3 ERP System. What You'll Be Doing Monitor and Communicate the Status of Picks: Track the progress and provide updates on picks. Issue and Confirm Pick Sheets: Distribute and verify the accuracy of pick sheets. Maintain Auditable Control of Associated Documentation and Labels: Ensure documentation and labels are audit-ready. Oversee Critical Timings for Pick and Load Schedule Progression: Manage key timings for schedule progression. Correct Pick Activities on the System as Needed: Adjust system entries for pick activities as required. Release Customer Order Pick Lists in Line with Logistic Plans: Align order pick lists with logistics plans. Communicate with Internal Departments to Ensure Seamless Operations: Collaborate with internal departments for smooth operations. Prepare Pick Sheets for Pickers at Shift Start: Ready pick sheets for the start of shifts. Update Paperwork and System Details: Revise documents and update system details. Handle NA (Not Available) and Substitution Processes: Manage unavailable items and their substitutions. Release Purchase Orders for the Supply Chain and Relay Information Back to the Business: Issue purchase orders and feedback information to the business. Assist Other Departments with Administrative Work: Support other departments with administrative tasks. What We're Looking For Experience Required: At least 6 months in a similar position. Educational Background: GCSE Level with satisfactory grades in Maths and English. Tech-Savvy: Proficient in IT, especially data entry. Detail-Oriented: Skilled in accuracy, logic, and attention to detail. Thrives Under Pressure: Experienced in high-pressure settings.
