Responsibilities
* Facilitate the delivery of all FM related services at key sites in Derby, ensuring customer requirements are met and needs are anticipated.
* Engage with MITIE partners for a collaborative approach and swift response to service requests, maintaining communication with the FM Helpdesk and service teams.
* Update Network Rail colleagues on progress, conduct visual maintenance of communal areas, and manage site supplies like milk and orders.
* Manage meeting rooms, including housekeeping, AV equipment, and environmental standards.
* Weekly stationery orders and update of CAFM system on job progress.
* Report and monitor issues via Helpdesk, ensuring service requests are completed within SLAs.
* Support the customer on Quality, Health, Safety, and Environmental matters.
* Oversee mailroom activities, ensuring proper procedures and traceability.
* Assist with compliance documentation and maintain building log books and H&S notices.
* Support the Workplace Manager as needed, especially in the absence of the Senior Workplace Coordinator.
* Adhere to all relevant policies and procedures, demonstrating flexibility and willingness to cover various roles including reception.
Person Specification
* Experience in multi-occupancy and large-scale account service delivery, helpdesk processes, and knowledge of HR and QHS&E legislation.
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Team player with a proactive, self-motivated, and creative approach.
* Strong problem-solving, stakeholder management, and workload prioritization skills.
* Customer-focused, punctual, and well-presented, adhering to dress code policies.
* Valid driving license and computer literacy.
