£475 - £525 per week PAYE (salary is dependent on experience and/or qualifications)

The School and Role
We are looking for a compassionate and resilient Children’s Mentor who is committed to making a lasting difference in young people’s lives in a school in Manchester. This is a powerful opportunity to work with vulnerable young people who need positive role models, structure, and encouragement to succeed.
In this role, you will provide 1:1 and small group support, helping students rebuild confidence, and re-engage with learning. You will play a vital part in improving attendance, wellbeing, and long-term outcomes.
Working alongside experienced teachers and pastoral staff, you will see the real impact of your work every day. If you are motivated by helping others grow, this role offers genuine personal and professional fulfilment.
