Part-Time HR Advisor (3 Days per Week) Location: Bristol We are seeking a capable and confident HR Advisor to join a Bristol-based professional services firm on a part-time basis (three days per week). This is a generalist role working closely with HR Business Partners to provide high-quality, proactive HR support across the business. Key Responsibilities include: Supporting HR Business Partners with day-to-day people matters across the employee lifecycle. Advising and guiding line managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, absence, and conduct. Coaching managers to build capability and confidence in handling people matters effectively. Using people data to help business areas identify trends, risks, and opportunities, providing clear insights and recommendations. Supporting cyclical HR activities such as performance reviews, pay and bonus reviews, talent processes, and promotion cycles. Ensuring HR processes, procedures, and policies are followed consistently and effectively. About You: Solid experience as an HR Advisor within a professional, commercial, or fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of UK employment law and HR best practice. Demonstrable experience handling a range of employee relations matters. Confident in interpreting and using data to inform decisions and provide insight. Skilled in building strong relationships, coaching managers, and offering practical HR guidance. Well-organised, proactive, and able to prioritise effectively across a varied workload.
