Job Description
We're recruiting on behalf of a fast-growing privately owned group, with turnover currently in the multiple £10's of millions and a forecasted 50% growth following recent acquisitions, the business is entering an exciting new phase of growth and transformation.They're now looking to appoint into a newly created Group Finance Manager role. This position will play a key part in supporting the business on a range of strategic and technical projects at group level.Key responsibilities include:
* Supporting the design and delivery of a centralised finance function
* Preparing and consolidating monthly accounts across four legal entities
* Leading on group-level cash flow forecasting and reporting
* Working closely with existing management accountants, with scope to shape the structure of the finance team
* Involvement in post-acquisition integration and financial oversight of new business units
The business offers:
* Salary of £50,000 - £60,000 + Bonus c.£5k
