Staff HRBP (6 Month FTC) Job Description Acts as a strategic advisor to BU managers and leaders in EMEA on HR-related matters, including workforce planning, talent management, organizational development and other change management activities. Develops deep understanding of business needs and priorities and creates and implements solutions to HR topics within EMEA. Collaborates with and leads regional HRBPs in EMEA wide projects for the Business Unit / Division allocated to, through EMEA wide activities such as compensation and performance cycles, organisational changes etc Addresses and resolves complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations. Leads or supports complex region wide/global HR projects as required. Supports/coaches more junior team members. Provides professional advice, coaching & training on all HR matters to people managers & staff. Monitor changes and trends in employment law and best practice to ensure continued compliance and ensures that legal requirements are met in terms of employee relations to appropriately minimize exposure to liability. Implement policies, guidelines, and procedures, and lead on employee performance management, change management and employee engagement. Maintain compliance with government regulations concerning employment and makes any appropriate filings Qualifications Academic degree in the area of HR Management or other relevant study (business administration, law, psychology). Additional local professional HR qualification beneficial Fully qualified and experienced professional. Experience with multiple countries in EMEA helpful. Typically requires 8 years of related experience. Works on complex problems of diverse scope and nature, determining own methods and techniques appropriate for the scenario. Networks with senior internal and external personnel in own area of expertise. Proven experience in leading/managing complex projects. May assist more junior staff members with aspects of their job.
