We are currently recruiting on behalf of a leading contract catering business for an experienced and enthusiastic Deputy General Manager to join a high-quality hospitality and staff dining operation near London City Airport .
This is an excellent opportunity for a strong hospitality leader who is passionate about great food, great service and developing great people, while benefiting from a predominantly Monday–Friday working pattern.
The Role Reporting to the General Manager, the Deputy General Manager will support the day-to-day management of a busy hospitality and staff dining operation, ensuring consistently high standards across food quality, service delivery and team engagement.
Key responsibilities include:
Supporting the leadership and development of onsite hospitality teams
Maintaining excellent food quality, service and operational standards
Building strong client and customer relationships
Contributing creative ideas to develop menus, service style and overall offer
Assisting with operational delivery for occasional evening events
Upholding company values around sustainability, ethical sourcing and fair working practices
The Ideal Candidate Proven experience in contract catering, hospitality or staff dining management
