Im working with a civils contractor who are on the lookout for someone who loves digging into the details. As an Estimator, you’ll play a key role in shaping how we approach our civils and groundworks projects, making sure our tenders are accurate, competitive, and smart.
Responsibilities
* Turn drawings and specs into winning proposals
* Spot risks and price them wisely
* Work closely with suppliers and subcontractors
* Support innovative ideas to get the best value for our projects
* Help hand over projects smoothly to our delivery teams
Qualifications
* Have hands-on experience estimating civils and groundworks
* Understand what it takes to build efficiently on-site
* Are commercially sharp and detail-oriented
* Enjoy owning your work and making decisions
