Our client, a leader in metal packaging manufacturing, is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to take charge of a high-volume production facility. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll be driving operational performance, ensuring production targets are hit, quality standards are exceeded, and teams are performing at their best.
What You'll Do
* Lead day-to-day plant operations for metal packaging manufacturing.
* Manage production schedules, resources, and performance KPIs.
* Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and cost control.
* Ensure strict compliance with H&S, quality, and environmental standards.
* Lead, coach, and develop operational teams to deliver results.
What You'll Bring
* Strong operations management experience in manufacturing - ideally metal packaging, canning, or high-speed FMCG.
* Proven leadership skills in a high-volume production environment.
* Solid understanding of lean, CI, and manufacturing best practices.
* Commercial awareness with budget control experience.
