Position Overview
As a Sales Director at Adlook, a leading ad‑tech company, you will drive revenue growth by developing business with upper‑funnel focus clients and agencies.
Responsibilities
 * Build awareness and adoption of Adlook branding solutions with advertisers and agencies through client presentations, conference attendance, and direct sales efforts.
 * Drive new business and engage with senior advertiser executives to grow deals.
 * Identify and prioritize key decision‑makers across large corporate advertisers and media agencies, educating them about Adlook offerings and staying informed about industry trends.
 * Travel and meet clients onsite as required.
Qualifications
 * 10+ years of experience in digital ad sales with a proven track record of selling to brands and agencies.
 * Strong understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
 * Excellent media, communication, and presentation skills.
 * Consultative, diagnosis‑driven selling approach.
 * Strong relationship‑building skills within brands and agencies.
 * Enthusiasm for sales fundamentals, ability to measure effectiveness, and comfort engaging potential clients.
 * Ability to thrive in a startup team environment, embracing change and autonomy.
 * Native English proficiency.
