Project Manager – Systems Implementation
Cardiff – Hybrid | £50,000 - £80,000
VIQU is supporting a growing technology consultancy in the search for a Project Manager to support the delivery of a major systems implementation programme within a highly regulated environment.
You will work closely with operational stakeholders, end users and software delivery teams to manage project activities, governance, planning and successful implementation of a business-critical platform.
Please note there is no current VISA sponsorship available for this position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the day-to-day delivery of a systems implementation project
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and delivery schedules
• Manage project governance, reporting, risks and issues
• Coordinate activities across business and technical teams
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops and project meetings
• Support testing, deployment and implementation activities
• Drive stakeholder engagement and user adoption
Key Requirements:
• Proven experience delivering software or systems implementation projects
• Strong Project Management experience
• Experience managing governance, reporting and stakeholder communications
• Experience working within healthcare, laboratory, diagnostics, pathology, life sciences or other regulated environments
• Experience with LIMS (Laboratory Information Management Systems) or similar operational/clinical platforms would be highly beneficial
• Ability to work effectively across business and technical teams
• Experience managing project risks, issues and dependencies
• Strong planning, organisation and communication skills
Desirable:
• NHS or healthcare sector experience
• Clinical systems or enterprise platform implementation experience
• Prince2, Agile or equivalent Project Management qualifications
