We are recruiting an experienced Mobile Hose Engineer in Wrexham, United Kingdom to grow the business in this area.
Mobile Hydraulic Hose Engineer Role
Your daily duties will mainly include attending sites, replacing hoses and hydraulic components for our clients, liaising with existing customers, reporting job processes through the company mobile app, and updating orders. The role also involves developing business with existing and new customers.
Working Hours and On-Call
Basic hours of work are 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday (42.5 hours a week). You will be expected to be part of an on-call rota (usually one week a month) which may require work on nights and weekends. This will be rewarded by on-call retainer, overtime pay, and commission for being on a call-out.
Requirements
* Hard‑working and reliable, able to work unsupervised and be customer‑focused.
* Previous experience working in the Hose Replacement Industry or as a Forklift/Plant fitter, HGV fitter, Agricultural Fitter, or any mechanical role.
* Confident canvassing potential new customers and dealing with existing customers.
* Manual UK Driving Licence, ideally with a minimum of 3 years and a maximum of 3 penalty points.
What We Offer
* Starting basic salary of £28,500 – £34,000 with potential to earn much more through overtime and uncapped commissions.
