Zest4Talent is supporting a highly established and well-respected sustainability consultancy with an excellent reputation across the UK built environment sector. Due to continued project demand, they are now looking to appoint an experienced Breeam New Construction Consultant to join their long-standing team.
This role is ideal for someone who values quality over volume, long-term career stability, and working alongside genuinely knowledgeable sustainability professionals.
The Role As a Breeam Assessor New Construction, you will be responsible for delivering assessments from early design stage through to final certification.
Key responsibilities include:
Delivering Breeam New Construction assessments from concept through to certification
Advising clients, architects, and consultants on Breeam strategy and best practice
Managing your own projects with a high level of autonomy
Reviewing technical evidence and preparing robust, high-quality submissions
Liaising with BRE and contributing to internal best practice and knowledge sharing
About You You will ideally have:
Breeam New Construction qualification
At least 3 years experience delivering Breeam assessments independently
Experience across UK commercial and/or residential developments
Strong communication skills and excellent attention to detail
Experience with additional schemes such as Breeam In-Use or HQM (advantageous but not essential)
