Responsibilities
* Deliver a great shopping experience by putting customers first and providing exceptional service
* Serve and sell across all channels brilliantly
* Provide efficient, high-standard service on the shop floor and at service points
* Present products to maintain best-in-town standards and ensure availability and store cleanliness
* Use digital tools and communication channels to perform the job
* Share customer and colleague feedback to help us improve
* Share knowledge with colleagues to help build skill and confidence
* Own your learning and proactively access digital learning solutions
* Know daily sales targets, priorities, promotions and selling opportunities
* Have great product knowledge to sell and recommend products and services
* Proactively engage with customers to understand needs and make recommendations
* Understand store priorities and your part to play
* Complete tasks with pace and in line with SOPs
* Minimise cost and waste through good process practice
