HR Advisor – Recruitment (Scale 6/SO1)
Opening to recruit a full‑time or job share role within the South Wales Police Human Resources Department.
Salary: £33,603 rising to £39,276.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead end‑to‑end recruitment processes for police officer, uniformed, staff and management roles.
* Plan and execute recruitment campaigns.
* Maintain high recruitment standards while meeting demanding timescales.
* Provide evening and weekend support on an as‑required basis.
* Undertake vetting to MV/SC Level.
Qualifications
* Level 2 Welsh language ability.
* Willingness to undergo vetting to MV/SC Level.
* Previous HR or recruitment experience preferred.
