We are now seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Dealer Account Manager to join their expanding team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment, enjoys building strong relationships, and is passionate about guiding customers through an important financial decision. ⭐ The Role As a Dealer Account Manager, you will act as the key link between customers and dealerships, ensuring a smooth, efficient, and positive journey from finance approval to vehicle handover. You'll manage communication, negotiate deals, and support both parties to achieve the best possible outcome. Key Responsibilities - Contact pre‑approved customers within agreed SLAs following the company's Contact Strategy. - Build strong rapport with customers and partner dealerships to maintain excellent working relationships. - Understand customer needs to help them secure finance for the right vehicle. - Work closely with dealerships to negotiate the best deal for the customer. - Coordinate communication between all parties to ensure a seamless transaction. - Identify and onboard new introducing dealerships using existing sales data, acting as their dedicated Account Manager.
