What the Job Involves In this role, you will assist and support Senior Youth Workers in planning, delivering, and evaluating year-round universal 'safe spaces' for young people. You will take the lead in guiding Youth Support Workers and Volunteers, ensuring everyone understands their roles during sessions. You will handle all necessary documentation and ensure that venues are maintained securely and tidily. Additionally, you will prioritize health and safety, adhering to risk assessments and procedures, and manage any safeguarding concerns by reporting them appropriately.
