The Practice Manager is responsible for HR issues, patient complaints, practice policies & protocols to ensure compliant with CQC, Clinical targets within the practice, data protection, health & safety. I.T security / issues, clinical incidents, significant events, managing the clinical rotas, administrative tasks within the clinical system ( systmone).
