Seeking full time experienced Social Worker to work in North Kesteven Family Help Team. The base is at North Hykeham (Lincoln) and covers travel over North Kesteven which is a large rural area. The team takes referrals from the front door on a duty rota system- one week in four on duty. The role involves assessment, planning and support for children at CIN, CP and Children In Care. Public and private law proceedings are part of the role.
Hybrid working- required to be onsite at least two days per week and five days within the duty week.
This is a settled, stable and supportive team.
