In this Temporary Office Administrator job, you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day office operations and ensuring everything runs efficiently.
Key responsibilities
2. Taking and arranging deliveries
3. Handling and prioritising incoming correspondence, emails, and calls, redirecting or responding as necessary
4. Providing support for meetings and training events, including arranging lunch as necessary
5. Welcoming new employees and ensuring they have all necessary starter materials
6. Supporting front-of-house activities such as stationery inventory and ordering, welfare provisions, preparing for site events and visitors, arranging Sainsbury’s deliveries, and stocking kitchens
7. Arranging contractors and service providers to visit site when needed and acting as their point of contact
8. Providing basic support for the finance team, such as credit control
9. Completing any ad-hoc administrative work as required
