We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our clients team based in Witney and support the smooth running of day-to-day administration, sales order processing, and customer service operations. What Youll Do: Process and invoice sales orders for domestic and European customers Handle incoming calls and customer enquiries professionally and efficiently Manage stock updates and monitor inventory levels Provide excellent customer service through clear, courteous communication Assist the warehouse team during busy periods when needed Organise courier collections and update customers on deliveries or delays Manage general administration tasks, including filing, archiving, and paperwork Review courier invoices and administer returns/credit procedures Ensure effective communication across departments regarding orders, stock, and operational concerns Support wider office administration and cover for team members during holidays or sickness What Were Looking For: Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively Confident communication skills and a team-oriented approach High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to work under pressure while remaining professional and friendly Good computer literacy and experience with standard office software Quick learner with adaptability to changing priorities Professional, reliable, and eager to develop product knowledge Desirable Experience: Previous administration or customer service experience in an office environment Familiarity with Sage or similar software Experience managing multiple email inboxes Understanding of order processing through to warehouse dispatch Youll be part of a supportive and collaborative team where your contributions are valued.
