My client is a long established, fast growing and dynamic company to provide IT support services to business clients throughout Essex and London. With a growing client base they now seek an experienced 2nd Line Helpdesk Engineer to join their highly motivated team who work in a relaxed and friendly environment.
Duties: Provide remote 2nd line it support to their contracted clients via phone / email
Contribute to the maintenance of their IT documentation database
After identifying the issue, you will talk the user through the required steps to resolve it or escalate to the relevant team as and when necessary
Experience preferred: Excellent problem solving skills
Up to date Windows experience
Network support
Office 365, Azure, SharePoint, OneDrive
Anti Virus Software
Mail Filtering - Mimecast or similar
Personal qualities: Flexible, adaptable and calm when under pressure

Hours: Shift pattern: 08:00 to 16:30 / 09:00 to 15:30 / 09:30 to 18:00 Monday to Friday.
Career: Progression to 3rd Line Helpdesk Engineer or Field Engineer depending on performance.
