About the RoleThis isn't your typical 9-5. Here's what a week might involve:One-to-one keyworking and support planningFacilitating daily groups - from bingo to bakingSupporting people with budgeting, appointments, and community connectionAdvocating on their behalf with healthcare professionals and housingMonitoring safety across the building (e.g. legionella checks, fire drills)Supporting people with daily living tasks like shopping, cleaning, and maintaining their flatsCompleting records and daily reports that ensure safety and continuityHandling minor conflict with empathy and calmThere's no personal care or medication administration - your role is to empower, advocate, and support people in building fulfilling lives.??
