The Role
This Project Coordinator role will allow the post holder to work closely with Project Management Teams and support in the recruitment of Health Care Professionals (HCP’s) to patient lead studies.
Main responsibilities include:
1. Contacting HCP’s, through telephone channels, from existing data bases.
2. Enrolling participants to associated healthcare interview panels.
3. Communicate with clients through telephone and written channels, providing updates as to project performance.

Ideal candidates will be able to demonstrate the following:
4. Strong interpersonal skills with previous experience in a client facing role
5. Excellent telephone manner with strong written abilities
6. Ability to handle multiple tasks at once, with strong time management and organisational skills.
7. An existing knowledge of healthcare fieldwork solutions is preferred but not essential.
