As a Production Operative, your responsibilities will include:
Operating production machinery and equipment efficiently and safely.
Assisting in the assembly and packaging of FMCG products, so an understanding of GMP standards will be needed.
Conducting quality control checks to ensure compliance with industry standards.
Collaborating with team members to achieve production goals and deadlines.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment to promote safety
Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production role is a plus, but not required! We will provide comprehensive training for the right candidates.
