The successful candidate will be responsible for producing high-precision, one-off components primarily from stainless steel materials. The role requires a meticulous approach to work, as well as the ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately. Key Responsibilities: Operate traditional lathes Set up and adjust lathes according to the specifications of each job. Machine components to tight tolerances while adhering to quality standards. Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Ensure proper maintenance of lathes and equipment. Collaborate with team members to optimise manufacturing processes.
