The Team
Our National Professional Indemnity team is made up of a broad range of experts across UK offices. The NPI team has a very broad range of work with the professional, financial and management liability space, including but not limited to solicitors; accountants; IFAs, wealth-managers, pensions administrators and financial institutions; major insurance broking houses; surveyors; architects; D and miscellaneous professions. The core of the team’s work is acting for professionals and their insurers in the defence of civil liability claims against them, as well as on regulatory/disciplinary matters and coverage.
The Role
Primarily the role will be to undertake collateral warranty reviews and manage a large scheme we operate. In addition, as a Paralegal within our Professional Indemnity team, you will play a key role in supporting fee earners in the defence of complex and high-value claims against professionals across a range of sectors.
