Engineering Shift Lead
Are you an experienced Engineering Leader within a FMCG environment?
Are you passionate about Engineering and developing your career?
Do you have proven Mechanical knowledge which you are able to implement?
MacGregor Black are partnering with a Leading FMCG Business on the search for a Engineering Shift Lead. This is a perm role based in Livingston.
Key Responsibilities:
* Assist the team in working towards maximum OEE capacity
* Ensure the completion of planned maintenance documents and CMMS input
* Support, motivate, develop, and coach the team.
* Recognise and reward performance, and drive robust individual training plans
* Lead the shift engineering team to continuously improve plant reliability
* Follow and maintain site principles
What are we looking for?
* FMCG experience
* HNC (or above) in an Engineering discipline (Mechanical preferred)
* CMMS experience
Shift work
Salary up to £64,000
