LSH Auto is looking for a dedicated Warranty Administrator to become an integral part of our dynamic team based at our dealership in Macclesfield. As a Warranty Administrator, you will oversee the warranty processes for our vehicles, ensuring that all claims are handled promptly and accurately. Your role is pivotal in maintaining a high level of service quality and customer satisfaction by managing warranty documentation and supplier communications effectively.

Salary £30,666
Key Responsibilities:
* Accurately processing warranty claims for vehicle repairs and services
* Reviewing claims to ensure adherence to manufacturer guidelines
* Maintaining communication with both customers and manufacturers regarding warranty issues
* Keeping comprehensive records of all transactions and claims
* Assisting in the training of staff on warranty procedures and policies
* Staying informed on new warranty regulations and applying them accordingly
Requirements
To be successful in this role, candidates should possess:
* Previous experience in warranty administration or a similar role within the automotive sector
* A keen eye for detail and commitment to accuracy
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* The capacity to work collaboratively with a team
* Familiarity with warranty management software and systems
