Full training and support will be provided on the following: Manage Hill's Customer Enquiries and support the Logistics team in daily tasks. Support the daily operations of the digital tools and Hills Loyalty Programmes. Handle the Order to Invoice process within Hill's Best Practice standards. Be accountable for successful order management and supervising all aspects of the customer service process to assure timely deliveries to Customers. Our intern will work in a friendly and inclusive work environment. You will receive training and ongoing support in the role. You will be responsible for Responsible for supporting day to day Hill's Loyalty and Staff Feeding Programmes Liaise with customers via email or telephone Managing and following up on enquiries from customers to ensure they are resolved Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve order management and delivery issues Use SAP order processing and fulfillment applications to handle and efficiently complete the order to invoice process while minimizing manual intervention. Investigate and resolve order management inquiries and delivery issues Participate in promotional strategies on Hill's Vetshop Update weekly reports Supporting the Customer Service and Logistics team in day to day tasks What you will bring to the team Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) are essential for this role A University Degree would be an advantage Excellent computer literacy (Google Suite, Excel) High level of accuracy for entering data and attention to detail are crucial Excellent time management skills Thrives in a customer facing role and takes ownership of your own workload Ability to communicate effectively with internal and external contacts If you want to join a group of passionate people and make an impact, we would love to hear from you.
