About Eave


Eave gives construction and infrastructure contractors a single platform to monitor site hazards and evidence worker exposure to noise, dust and vibration using wearables, environmental monitors and IoT sensors feeding an analytics and reporting platform in real time rather than via spot readings and spreadsheets. Our customers already include some of the UK’s largest contractors and infrastructure operators.


We’re hiring experienced sellers to grow from that base. This is a sales role with a defined territory, a product that’s already in the field, and ownership of how we scale.


The role


You’ll own a defined territory and carry a number against it, generating, progressing and closing opportunities with Tier 1 contractors, infrastructure operators and major industrial organisations.


You’ll already understand at least one of these markets: construction, occupational hygiene, environmental monitoring, industrial safety, or connected-worker technology, and you’ll be comfortable selling six-figure deals to senior stakeholders, including:


• Health & Safety Directors

• Occupational Health Leads

• Environmental Managers

• Project Directors

• Operations Directors

• Procurement teams


What you’ll do


• Generate and close new business with Tier 1 contractors and major industrial organisations

• Run opportunities full-cycle, from first meeting to commercial close

• Build and own relationships with senior decision-makers across your accounts

• Deliver product demonstrations and tailored commercial proposals

• Develop strategic account plans and identify expansion within existing customers

• Work closely with marketing, customer success and technical teams to win and grow accounts

• Keep CRM records and forecasts accurate and current

• Represent Eave at industry events, exhibitions and customer meetings


What we’re looking for


• 5+ years B2B sales experience with a proven record of exceeding quota

• Experience selling into construction, infrastructure, industrial safety, environmental monitoring or occupational health

• A track record managing and closing six-figure opportunities

• Confident engaging senior stakeholders and navigating enterprise procurement

• Strong commercial and negotiation skills

• Comfortable with the ambiguity and pace of a scale-up


Direct experience with, or selling against, one or more of: Reactec, Casella, Trolex, TSI, Honeywell Industrial Safety, MSA Safety, Blackline Safety, Dräger, ION Science, Havwear, Safety Shield, or industrial IoT platforms.


The strongest candidates are likely selling into this customer base today, they know the decision-makers, understand how compliance and procurement work in construction, and can start opening doors immediately.

• A qualified pipeline exceeding £1m

• £500k–£1m+ in closed bookings

• New strategic accounts secured and existing deployments expanded

• A direct, measurable contribution to Eave’s UK growth
