The Quantity Surveyor (QS) will manage the commercial aspects of the project lifecycle, ensuring compliance with contracts, company policies, and client expectations. The role may be independent or supervised by a senior QS and requires collaboration within an integrated team. As a Quantity Surveyor, you will help control project costs, monitor financial performance, and maintain communication between project stakeholders, all while ensuring that the project progresses efficiently within its financial framework.
