The role
* Own end-to-end growth strategy across paid social and search for DTC clients
* Act as a true growth partner – not just running ads, but shaping business outcomes
* Lead on client relationships, strategy, and performance direction
* Drive creative strategy and testing frameworks alongside specialist teams
* Get involved in new business and onboarding, shaping how the agency grows
* Work cross-functionally with data science and creative teams to unlock scale
