Role: Change Management Lead
Location: London – Hybrid Working
Salary: £70,000–£90, % Bonus (DOE)
I am working with an enterprise end user based in London who are in the midst of their Salesforce transformation and is seeking an experienced Change Management Lead to support their complex, transformation project.
This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in large-scale change programmes, either within a consultancy environment or a large end-user organisation. You will play a critical role in ensuring adoption, engagement and readiness across business and technical stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end change management across enterprise Salesforce transformation programmes
Assess and analyse change impacts across people, processes and technology
Partner closely with delivery, business and technical teams to embed change effectively
Support training strategy, content creation and delivery to drive adoption
Work with business process owners to ensure sustainable change outcomes
The Essentials
Extensive Salesforce experience
Expert-level Change Management experience (minimum 3 years)
Strong business process experience
Proven experience analysing and managing change impact assessments
Excellent organisational and stakeholder management skills
Experience supporting system implementations
Training, content creation and delivery experience
Agile delivery experience (desirable)
