Your Role As Relief Chef Manager, you will step in during periods of leave and absence, taking full ownership of our catering operations.Your role includes inspiring teams, delivering high-quality food, and ensuring full compliance and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Lead, train, and develop a high-performing catering team Deliver large-scale catering (400 meals per lunch/dinner service) Manage food production and service to the highest standards Build and maintain strong client and customer relationships Ensure compliance with food safety, health & safety, and environmental standards Manage stock, control costs, and complete all required financial reporting Conduct safety audits and implement corrective actions as needed ✅ What We’re Looking For Proven experience managing a catering team Hands-on leadership style with a passion for food and service excellence Strong client-facing and team-building skills Food Safety Level 3 qualification (essential) Why Join Sodexo?
